Workspace settingsAI lead filtering: spend sends on people likely to reply
AI reviews your lead list and flags two kinds of contacts: people who probably won’t reply, and people likely to react badly. You decide what happens to each group, so more of your sending reaches good prospects and your sender reputation stays protected.
- Leads unlikely to respond
- AI spots leads with a low chance of engaging, so you can put your effort into prospects more likely to reply.
- Leads likely to engage negatively
- AI spots leads more likely to mark you as spam or send a hostile reply, which helps cut down negative engagement.
For each filter, choose:
- Send as usualEmails go out normally.
- SkipThese leads are left out, as long as their sequence hasn’t started yet.
- Send lastEveryone else is emailed first, these leads come after.

Leads unlikely to respond
Everyone else is emailed first, then leads unlikely to respond.
Leads likely to engage negatively
Leads likely to engage negatively are left out of sequences that haven’t started yet.

Disable open tracking
To count opens, tracking inserts a small piece of hidden code (HTML or JavaScript), known as a tracking pixel, into every email. Spam and security filters often treat that code as a red flag. Turning open tracking off removes it and helps more of your emails reach the inbox.
Workspace-wide: when this is on, it overrides the open-tracking setting in each individual campaign.

ESP matching: Gmail to Gmail, Outlook to Outlook
Instantly automatically sends from a mailbox on the same email provider as your lead. Emails between the same provider tend to land in the inbox more often.
How it works
- You have a matching mailbox
- Your lead uses Outlook and you have at least one Outlook sending account, so Instantly waits and sends from that Outlook account.
- You don’t have a matching mailbox
- Your lead uses Outlook but you only have Gmail accounts, so Instantly sends from Gmail right away instead of waiting.
A note on sending volume
Because campaigns may wait for a matching mailbox to be free, ESP matching can lower how many emails you send per day. To keep volume up, connect sending accounts from several providers so there’s almost always a match.

Send the first email as plain text
The first email of every campaign goes out as plain text instead of HTML. It looks like a normal one-to-one email, and it avoids the formatting and code that spam and security filters often flag. This applies to the first email in every campaign.
- HTML email
- Styling, code and links in markup that filters inspect closely.
- Plain text
- Just words, like an email typed to a colleague.
Always send first email as text only
No HTML in the opening message

</table>Hi Dana,
Saw your team is hiring two SDRs. Would a short call next week about ramping their outreach be useful?
Thanks,
Sam
Server & IP sharding and rotation (SISR)
Instead of pushing all your emails through one server, SISR spreads your sending across many servers and groups of IP addresses. If one IP runs into trouble, it doesn’t drag down the rest, and sending stays steady as your volume grows.
Spread out
Traffic is split across several servers and IP groups, so each one’s reputation is kept separate.
Watched constantly
The system keeps checking how every IP is performing, rotating in IPs with a strong reputation and retiring weak ones.
Swapped instantly
If an IP gets flagged, it’s replaced right away, so your campaigns keep running without interruption.

Limit emails per company
Set a cap on how many people at the same company (same email domain) get your emails each day. It stops you from flooding one organisation and keeps your sending pattern looking natural.
Google, Outlook and other providers watch how many emails arrive at each company domain. If lots of people at one company get your messages in a short time, filters can kick in and the whole domain may block you. The risk is higher when similar emails come from several of your accounts.

HyperSend mode: maximum speed for large sending setups
HyperSend lets a single campaign send in parallel across 1,000 to 150,000+ accounts. It puts speed and volume first and relaxes the usual safety checks, so it’s built for teams who run and monitor their own sending infrastructure.

Use with care.
If it’s set up wrong, HyperSend can cause deliverability problems and damage your sender reputation. Only turn it on if you understand inbox behaviour, domain risk and reputation management. Not sure? Leave it off.
What changes
- Sends in parallel across thousands of accounts at once
- Safety throttles and conservative checks are loosened
- Tuned for speed, not protection
- Made for large, well-managed infrastructure you’re confident in
Who it’s for
- Large outbound teams
- Agencies and infrastructure-heavy operators
- People who actively manage their own domains, IPs and warmup
